After an intensive week long driving course, David helped me pass my test with flying colours. He is a very patient, conscientious and calm instructor who is very clear and succinct at explaining all things driving related. Moreover, his online tutorials are a great study aid. I couldn't recommend David highly enough.. tipp top instructor.

Just passed my Full test earlier this morning. It went very well, mainly because of the great preparation I received from David Gleeson. He was very professional but quite friendly too. I came to him roughly a week before the test, which was quite short notice, but he managed to fit me in for a few lessons, as well as an hour before the test and gave me a lot of help this morning on what to expect! Because of this I was able to pass first time. I am very thankful for everythingand would hhighly recommend him to anyone who is getting ready for their test, or even beginners!

Passed my driving test 1st time thanks to the excellent tuition I received from David. Driving was something I had put off for over 20 years believing it to be something other people could do but not me. From the beginning David made me feel I could do it even though I had years of nerves built up. He provides you with clear routines to follow for all driving and when you stick with the routine you can't go wrong. He covers the test routes so well that you feel really prepared on the day. I still can't believe 4 months ago I couldn't drive and now I have passed my test. I always came away from a lesson having learned something new. My advise to anyone thinking about driving lessons whether you are nervous or confident is book lessons with David, he is professional and will teach you the correct way to drive and will leave you in a very good position to pass your test.

He is very thorough and even took me through one of the test routes an hour before my driving test and the driving test route ended up being same route david took me through previously, which was very handy. and just before my test he helped me to relax with questions on the rules of the road and some road signs. To anyone researching driving instructors, I cannot recommend David enough. The procedures and routines for the test will be second nature to you by the time you sit it and this will do wonders for your confidence on the day. He is also very approachable. I took my beginners lessons with him too and I can honestly say it was always stress free driving. At the same time you’re getting very focused instruction and at very reasonable rates. Also his summary on this website contained everything I was asked in my test for theory, signs, under the bonnet questions etc. but for pre test driving lessons and mock tests in particular definitely book him!

Only for David I wouldnt have passed my test on the first attempt after just six months driving.
David was in with me before the test despite the desperate road conditions outside of Clonmel.
He helped me right up until I went into the test and was there after to see how i got on.

I came to David Gleeson with minimal driving experience and after just 11 driving lessons over

When I first went to david for driving lessons I couldnt even start a car.....a year later I
